Guangdong Ninghe Intelligent Kitchen and Bathroom Co., Ltd. was established in 2022 and is located in Dongfeng Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province.
The company was formerly known as Chengjiang Glass Craft Co., Ltd., with 20 years of experience in the research and development and production of LED bathroom mirrors and mirror cabinets. The company has its own integrated research and development design and production supply chain system, and its products have transitioned from ordinary silver mirrors to mainly tempered silver mirrors and tempered aluminum mirrors.
We are currently the only specialized production factory in the Pearl River Delta that specializes in producing tempered mirrors. We have three production lines for tempered silver mirrors and tempered aluminum mirrors. Ninghe is committed to providing safer, non black edged tempered mirrors and LED light mirrors worldwide.
We have 3 tempered lens production lines, which can produce 400000 square meters of tempered lenses per month. Our annual output exceeds 600000 LED mirrors, and our company has a self-contained supply and manufacturing chain. Whether it's customized customer needs or large-scale production plans, we can provide samples in a short period of time and complete orders within approximately 30 days.
Our Craftsmanship
Having two physical tempered mirror assembly lines, able to independently control the production and quality of tempered lenses at the source.
Low self explosion rate CNC secondary grinding edge combined with CCD photography technology for precise positioning, without damaging the stress value of tempered glass.
To solve the problem of uneven surface of tempered mirrors, special optimization has been made to the wind pressure of the roller conveyor and blowing section of the tempering furnace to improve the surface smoothness of the product.
With the continuous efforts of our R&D team, we have finally overcome the difficulties in the industry and obtained a patented invention to solve the problem of oxidized black edges in tempered lenses.
